You
could call this game "The Pre-Storm". The
Sting blow in to Brantford and took the 99's
by storm. Brantford experienced white out
conditions for 3 periods of play except for
a brief moment in the 3rd, with only 51
seconds remaining, a temporary clearing in
the storm allowed the 99er's to see clear
for their only tally in the game.
The 1st period was the calm before the
storm. But the 2nd is when the winds began
to blow. Adam Craievich filled the net with
the first two. Assisting on the 2nd goal was
Blain Adams. Dillon Saunders shoveled one
passed the Brantford goalie. Assisting on
the play Adam Craievich and Tyler Drury. In
the 3rd while the 99er's were looking for
their snow boots, the Sting introduced them
to the wood boot. Zach Van Eyk slid number 4
past them assisted by Blain
Adams. Continuing the flurry Blain Adams
finished off the Sting scoring with 3:30
remaining assisted by Jeffrey Williams and
Sam McCormack.
