Lambton Jr Sting open
season with a win and a loss

Sun County (1)
The first game of regular season
found the Jr. Sting Atom team home to Sun County. Adam
Craievich opened the scoring assisted by Tyler Drury. In
the second period, the Jr. Sting struck twice with goals
from Marco DiFederico assisted by Brett Corrigan and Drury;
the second goal came from Jeffrey Williams, assisted by Zach
Van Eyk and Cory Burr. Sun County responded in the 3rd
period with a lone goal, giving the Jr. Sting Atom team
their first regular season win.
Sept. 9 2007 Lambton Sting (1)
Cambridge Hawks (3)
Lambton was home to the
Cambridge Hawks. Cambridge jumped on the scoreboard early,
scoring 3 unanswered goals, 1 in each period before the Jr.
Sting responded with one of their own. The lone goal was
scored by Adam Craievich, assisted by Sam McCormack and
Jeffrey Williams. A strong effort in net was given by Cole
Lauzon, who kept the team spirit high, despite the results
of the scoreboard.
