The Lambton
Jr. Sting travelled to London Saturday
night to play an exciting game with end
to end action for three solid periods.
Andrew Ganter played an outstanding game
in net keeping the goals to only one as
the Jr. Sting fell to a 1-0 loss to the
Jr. Knights.
Sunday,
December 9 vs. Sun County Panthers
Sunday the
Lambton Jr. Sting were host to the Sun
County Panthers. Sun County started the
scoring early in the game, but Lambton came
back with a goal from Daniel Bowling,
assisted by Josh Moore and Tyler McGregor.
Ryan Rupert popped in another before the
period ended with Matt Rupert and Spencer
Bronzi assisting. The second period had Sun
County scoring the only goal to end
the period tied at 2. The third period Ryan
Rupert scored the go ahead goal with Spencer
Bronzi and Tim Tannahill assisting. Hunter
Johnson was solid in net while Nathan Mater
got the empty net goal to win the game 4-2.
The Lambton
Jr. Sting Minor Bantams are host to Windsor
Jr. Spitfires next Saturday, December 15th
at 3:30 p.m. |
