The Jr.
Sting were on the road Saturday to face
the Windsor Jr. Spitfires. The first
periods only goal was scored by
Windsor, but Lambton came back with
three unanswered goals in the
second. Windsor scored another in the
third but Andrew Ganter stopped them
short to win the game 3 - 2 . Scoring
for Lambton was Josh Moore (2) and
Thomas McDonnell, while assists went to
Tyler McGregor (2), Tyler Prong and Matt
Rupert.
Sunday, January 6
vs. Chatham-Kent Cyclones
The Lambton
Jr. Sting hosted the Chatham-Kent
Cyclones Sunday with a 9 - 1 blow-out.
Goal scorers for Lambton were Ryan
Rupert with four, Josh Moore, Dylan
Cooper, Michael Gray, Nathan Mater and
Matt Rupert adding singles. Assists go
to Daniel Bowling, Matt Rupert (3),
Nathan Mater, Dylan Cooper, Spencer
Bronzi (2), Michael Gray and Ryan
Rupert. Hunter Johnson made some great
saves in net.
