Game 5   London 4 - Lambton 2

The final game of the series had Lambton back on their heels, desperate to keep the series alive.  After numerous penalties from both sides and a scoreless first period, London took the lead with a two goal advantage going into the third.  Lambton was able to come back with a goal from Ryan Rupert, assisted by Josh Moore and Tyler Prong.  But London's strength and  ability prevailed and they were able to gain a two goal lead for the second time.  With tensions high and the season closing down on Lambton, numerous fights broke out ending the game on a bitter note.  When play finally resolved, Josh Moore popped in a last minute goal assisted by Daniel Bowling to end the game 4 - 2.  This was a great series and the boys fought hard to keep these games within close scoring range.  With Hunter Johnson doing a good job in net today and Andrew Ganter in two other games, these two goaltenders deserve the MVP of the series.  Everyone of these kids should be proud of their hard work and effort put forth in this series and throughout the season.
