Lambton Jr. Sting dropped two games this past
weekend against Sun County and London Jr. Knights.
Hockey action started the weekend against 2nd
place Sun County Predators. Lambton Jr. Sting
struggled to get the puck to the net, being out shot
31-7. Lambton’s’ plays in the first two periods were
very good but the wheels fell off in the third.
Stings Hunter Tyczynski got the lone marker putting
the Sting on the board.
Lambton’s second game of the weekend found the first
place London Jr. Knights hammering Lambton again
third period action. Again, Hunter Tyczynski
received Lambton’s lone marker.
In
both games the Sting proved very competitive.
Penalties and the other teams dominate play out
worked the Sting in the third and closed the weekend
with loses.
Lambton travels to Windsor this Sunday to rally for
the last spot in the Alliance play downs to follow
in two weeks. |
