Before
a
crowd
of
just
over
400,
the
Blast
once
again
fell
to
the
Flyers
on a
Saturday
night
game,
just
as
they
did
two
weeks
ago.
Picking
up
the
win
for
Leamington
was
Mike
Morissette
and
taking
the
loss
for
the
Blast
was
John
Faulkner.
In
the
first
period,
Sarnia
opened
the
scoring
with
a
marker
at
7:56
off
the
stick
of
AP
callup
Tyler
Peters
from
Alex
Yardy
and
John
Faulkner
who
had
just
come
up
with
some
big
saves
in
his
own
end.
Leamington
tied
the
game
at
one
each
on a
Ryan
Green
marker
at
the
14:06

near
the

of

play
but
were
unable
to
convert.

the
second
period
it
was
all
Leamington.
They
took
the
lead
in
the
game
at
the
1:42
mark
and
never
looked
back
on a
Travis
Winkworth
goal
from
Ryan
Green
and
Thomas
Luxik.
Then
it
was
the
Flyers
who
enjoyed
an
extended
two
man
playing
advantage
with
the
Blast's
Clark
MacPherson
going
off
at
8:25

In
the
final
frame,
no
scoring
took
place
but
there
were
plenty
of
fireworks
at
the
16:11
mark
as
four
skaters
per
side
squared
off
and
the
goalies
almost
looked
like
they
wanted
to
join
the
melee.
All
eight
of
them
received
fighting
majors
and
game
misconducts
with
Sarnia's
MacPherson
picking
up
some
extra
time
away
from
the
game
due
to
his
game
suspensions.
The
puck
dropped
and
just
as
it
did,
another
pair
of
skaters
went
at
it
and
they
too
had
an
early
night.
