Minor Bantams A/AA went 2 - 0 in Weekend Action

The Sarnia Sting Minor Bantam A/AA team played two
games this past weekend. The first was in Kitchener
at the Memorial Auditorium on Saturday. The team
played well together and captured a 2-0 win. Goals
were scored by Patrick Laird and Kevin Lush.
Brandon Johnson earned the shutout win in net.
On Sunday the Sting travelled back to Sarnia to play
Brantford at the SSEC. They had a slow start to the
game but fought hard to come back and win 3-2.
Goals were scored by Karsten Berg, Patrick Laird and
the winner by Chris Ferrera with 5.6 seconds left on
the clock. Paul DeSadaleer was in net for the win.
The Sting travel to Port Huron this weekend for a
tournament at Glacier Point Arena.
