The scoring opened
with a blue line shot from Tyler Gillis his first
goal of the year , a nice line drive from the zone.
Then SSE tied up the game but the Sting came right
back and got a nice unassisted goal from team
captain Chris Mulholland. He drove around the back
of the net then came right out front and picked the
bottom corner and snuck the puck in past the SSE net
minder.
In the second the
Sting went up by an unassisted goal by Jordan Pavey
who was on fire tonight. Then SSE manage to sneak
two soft goals to tie up the score.
In the third the
Sting got another goal from Jordan his second of the
night he was assisted by Colin Osler and Cole Dodge.
Then SSE put in two more past Mathew Szab. Then
late in the third the Sting got another goal from
Jordan Pavey A natural hat trick his third goal was
assisted by Chris. But SSE would put one more in to
take the lead to 7-5.
The team played well
as a unit, but came up against a hot team.
