Belle
River in Exhibition Game

The
Sarnia Novice Tier 1
invited the novice team
from Belle River up for
an exhibition game at
Germain arena.
It was a very
entertaining and
exciting game to watch.
In
the first period the
teams exchanged a lot of
chances as both teams
were focusing on the
offensive side of the
game. Belle River were
able to put 2 goals away
while Sarnia snagged one
scored by Marcus Cossa,
assisted by Ryan Brown
and Ben Schoch. It was
2-1 after one period.
In
the second
period Cameron
Adam scored on a
rebound assisted by Ryan
Brown and Marcus Cossa
to tie the game at 2-2.
Then the teams exchanged
2 more goals each.
Marcus Cossa scored his
2nd of the
game, assisted by Ryan
Brown and Jordan Marks.
Also Max Steeves lit the
lamp, assisted again by
Ryan Brown. It was 4-4
after the 2nd
period.
In
the 3rd Belle
River were able to score
another 2 goals and win
the game 6-4.
This
was a fun game as the
teams were closely
matched. Ryan Brown
played a great game
assisting on all 4 goals
and Marcus Cossa had his
best game this season
with 2 goals and an
assist.
