Sarnia vs North London Nationals

The Sarnia Novice Tier 1 team travelled to Carling Arena to face the first place North London Nationals and beaten 6-2.

 

The boys started out very well and controlled the play, which resulted in a power play.  Dante Fuoco banged in a PP goal assisted by Max Steeves and Cameron Rannie, to go up 1-0.  The Nationals then got a power play of there own, in fact a 5 on 3 for awhile and were able to score 2 powerplay goals to go up 2-1.  By the end of the first period they score another and were up 3-1 going into the 2^nd.

 

The 2^nd period was unfortunately all London as they were able to score 2 unanswered goals.  It was 5-1 going into the 3^rd.

 

The third period the boys played with a little more heart and effort and were able to exchange goals.  Max Steeves made a great shot and scored unassisted.

 

Tough loss guys….shake it off and lets move on the next game on Wednesday night against LMHA.
