Lambton Minor Pee Wee In Recent Action

 

 

Lambton traveled to Chatham to take on the Cyclones and came home with a hard fought victory winning 4 - 2. Scoring for Lambton was Adam Craievich with the hat-trick and Zach Van Eyk with the single goal. Assists went to Brett Corrigan with two, Jake Mott, Adriano Fuoco, Dillon Saunders and Sam McCormack each had one assist.

 

Lambtons next action was at home against the Waterloo Wolves. Waterloo won this game 4 – 0 shutting out the Sting for the first time this season. Waterloo scored three power-play goals in this game.

 

The Lambton squad had a re-match with the Cyclones but came out on the wrong end as the Cyclones took this contest 3 – 2. Special teams played a big role is this game as Chatham’s goals came on two power-plays and one shorthanded goal. Both of Lambton’s goals were also scored on the power-play by Adam Craievich and Tim Kaldeway. Assists went to Brett Corrigan with two, Aiden Chapdelaine and Kyle Adams each had one.

 

Lambton then hosted the Huron Perth Lakers at mid noon and lost a tough one as a waived off goal for the Sting would give the Lakers the win 2 – 1. Huron Perth scored one of their two goals on the power-play with Lambton’s goal coming from Jake Mott assisted by Adam Craievich and Brett Corrigan.

 

Lambton then traveled to London to take on the very strong Knights and were on the receiving end as London would win this contest 9 – 1. London scored four of their goals while on the power-play. Lambton’s only goal was scored by Kyle Adams from Adriano Fuoco and Gage Riddoch while on the power-play.

 

 

Lambton is back in action this weekend as they travel to Stratford on Saturday for a game against the Lakers, Sunday Lambton will play host to Windsor at 12:15 at SSEC.
