Thursday, the Alvinston Indians played host to the Glencoe Astros, and posted an impressively clean 5-0 win. Brad Young pitched a 1 hitter over 5 innings to earn the win, while Doug Charlton pitched two scoreless innings for the save. Scoring for the Indians were Joe Triest (2), Chris Drew, Brad Young, and Ryan Chapman. Driving in the runs were Young (2), Aaron Stocking, Drew, and Jeff Ingram.

The Indians travel to St. Clements this weekend for their first tourney of the season.
