Puck Around Defeats Two Amigo’s Two!
Puck Around picked up two
wins by defeating Two Amigo’s Two 34 – 28 and 20 – 7 in
Wednesday night Bluewater Major Two Pitch. Wayne Howie
Dan Deveraux and Randy Leighton led the way for Puck
Around all. Two Amigo’s Two had offence from Randy
Pullen and Dan Tidball hitting home runs.
SIS Brady’s Bunch also won
both of their games, 18 – 3 and 26 – 9 over Lehder
Environmental. Jeff Nelson had eight singles and home
run; while Jim Johnson landed on base twice with two
singles for SIS! Pat Major hit two home runs, Mike
Vassey and Kevin Battle hit single home runs other
Lehder contributors were John Lester and Brian Kabat
each going three for three.
Two Amigo’s defeated
WMA Promotions 17 – 16 and 22 – 7. Craig Chalmers was
eight for eight with three home runs and Dan Bulluck and
Kris Reed also homered for Two Amigo’s in the wins.
Next Wednesday will be
the last night of regular season action at the
Clearwater diamonds.
