Sarnia Bantam Braves take back to back wins!

Sarnia Bantam Braves ousted Strathroy Royals 5-2 in Sarnia on Monday night. Taking control at the plate Dominic Bucci went 2-3 scoring 2 runs and had 4 stolen bases, Curtis Robichaud was 1-1 with a triple, a sacrifice fly ball, 2 rbi's, a walk a stolen base and scored twice. Nate Havers walked twice, with 1 rbi and Joe Frayne was 1-3. On the mound Cole Moriarity started for the Braves giving up 2 runs, 1 earned on 3 hits, with 3 K's and 5 walks in the first 3 innings, coming in in the fourth, Austin Lanteigne allowed 0 runs on 0 hits fanned 6 and walked 1, in for the final inning Josh McCaig gave up 0 runs on 0 hits with 2 K's and a walk.

Sarnia Bantam Braves battled Southwest London for a 9-5 win on Tuesday night in London. Pitching for Sarnia, Dominic Bucci, in for 4 innings, gave up 3 runs, 2 earned on 3 hits while fanning 9, walking 3 with one HB. In for the close Curtis Robichaud allowed 2 runs, one earned on 3 hits with 4 K's, 2 walks and one HB. Sarnia overcame a 4-3 deficit rallying in the seventh to score 6 runs with Cole Moriarity, Dominic Bucci and Curtis Robichaud all picking up key hits while Austin Lanteigne, Nick Maitland, Nate Havers, Jake Marks, and Josh McCaig all drawing walks. Then Bantam Braves will play this Thursday night at 7:30 pm at Errol Russell park where they will take on London Eager Beaver.
