Braves lose a squeaker to Wyoming

Braves Major Mosquitoes 1 lost to
Wyoming 4 to 3 in Western Counties
baseball action Wednesday evening
giving up 2 runs in the bottom of
the last inning. Kobe Lundy, Jordan
Pavey and Travis Moore pitched for
Sarnia with Travis taking the loss.
The Braves took a 2-1 lead in the
third when Yenel Olivero and Tyler
Gillis scored on a double by Jordan
Pavey. They added a run in the
fourth when Brock Morgan was hit by
a pitch to get on base and
eventually scored on a bunt single
by Kyle Adams. Walks and errors were
costly in the final frame when
Wyoming scored the two runs to win.

evening. Richard McIntosh, Yenel
Olivero, Matt Szabo and Tyler Gillis
pitched for Sarnia with Richard
recording the win. Sarnia pitchers
struck out 9 and gave up 0 hits with
the only Royals run coming on a hit
batsman and 3 walks. Jordan Pavey
went 5 for 5 at the plate with 3
doubles, two singles three runs
scored and 7 RBI's. Devin Butler had
a double, two singles and a walk,
scoring 4 runs and recording 2 RBI,s.
Other Braves having 3 hits were Kyle
Adams, Travis Moore and Kobe Lundy.
