Sarnia Braves Major
Mosquito 1 were defeated at home by St. Thomas
Cardinals in a high scoring but close fought game 13
to 10. After a close two to one score in the second,
St. Thomas broke the game open with 7 runs in the
top of the third. Sarnia came back with 5 runs in
the fourth on hits by Jordan Pavey, Devin Butler,
Yenel Olivero, Matt Szabo, Travis Moore and Tyler
Gillis. Sarnia out hit St. Thomas with 12 hits
compared to 9 but gave up 8 walks in the loss.
Travis Moore and Kobe Lundy each drove out triples
in the game.
