The Sarnia Braves were in
Wyoming Wednesday night in Western County play
and came away with a 9-3 win. Tyler Whitbread
started on the mound and went 3 innings giving
up no runs on 1 hit 1 walk 1 hit batsmen and 4
strikeouts.
Vince Caschera went the
next 2 giving up a run on 1 hit 2 walks and 4
strikeouts. Sam Ellenor went the last 2 giving
up 2 runs on 4 hits and 3 strikeouts. Jesse
Marks enjoyed a big night at the dish going 2
for 3 with a double and 2 runs scored. Mitch
Bigras went 2 for 4 with an RBI and 2 runs
scored. Tyler Groulx, Tristan Buntrock and Joey
Stock all had a hit each. The boys will finish
the regular season next Tuesday in Chatham
before heading to Windsor for the O.B.A.s
