WYOMING MIDGETS LOSE TWO LEAGUE GAMES

 

The Wyoming Midgets lost both their league games this week – one to St. Thomas in the London League and one to the Sarnia Braves in the Western County League.

Russ Muhlig and Rich Boersma shared pitching duties for Wyoming.

 

Offensively for Wyoming:  Nick Baljeu hit a double

while Matt Doyle, Mitch Robb and Boersma each hit a single.

 

Walks were issued to:  Doyle (2), Bright (HP), Cory Steadman and Robb.

 

Rich Boersma scored Wyoming’s only run.

Wyoming 2 – Sarnia 5
@ Sarnia

 

Nick Baljeu and Matt Doyle shared pitching duties.

 

Doyle led the offense with three singles.

Nick Baljeu, Chris Bright, Mitch Robb, Russ Muhlig and

T.J. Kennedy each recorded singles.

 

Rich Boersma and Chris Helps scored Wyoming’s two runs.
