Slow and steady seems the way as the patient Lambton
Metal Service Rampage slowly picked away
at the Falcons defeating them by a score
of 32-20. While the score was close,
the Rampage were never really threatened
though the Falcons pressed hard.
Scoring for the Rampage were
singles from Sean Devereaux, Neil
Williamson, James Williamson, Kevin Cook
and 2 run-in TD's from QB Devon
Johnson. For the Falcons, majors were
scored by singles from Aaron Yellowman,
Scott Elgie and James Sandy.
With these games, the SFFA regular
season is compete and play-off games
set. With a record of 8 wins and 1
loss, the Bluewater Power Titans are the
regular season champions for the 5th
year in a row. At second place with a
record of 7 wins and 2 losses are the
Lambton Metal Service Rampage. 3rd and
forth place respectively for the regular
season are the Razorbacks and Falcons.
Semi-final games set for Sunday November
29 will pit the Bluewater Power Titans
against the Falcons at 11:00 while the
Lambton Metal Service Rampage will take
on the Razorbacks at 1:00. All games in
the SFFA are played at Lansdowne Park in
Sarnia.
The SFFA would also like to remind teams
that there is a meeting at 2 Amigos Bar
and Grill at 6:00 p.m. on November 25.
Each team must have 2 representatives
present.
