Allen is looking forward to coaching this level of football and will work hard in bringing a championship team to Sarnia.  He will create some "southern ways" to the game. Additional coaching staff will be selected shortly where Allen will be looking for a solid team in offensive and defensive coaches.   Allen's coaching approach will be strict and the main focus on "conditioning".  He will expects his players to be in condition coming into the Spring training camp.  As well as being fit he also stated that players must attend practices.  He will implement the "no practice - no play" rule to his players.
