Sarnia Imperials at Sault St Marie

The Imperials took a huge loss over the weekend by being taken down by the Sault Steelers with a final score of 69 - 7.

The Steelers special teams was a big part of the win as they returned 3 punt/kick and 3 long balls.
The Imperials ran into troubles losing the ball via interceptions and fumbles,  twice within their 15 yard line.

Matt Browning ran for the only touchdown with approx. 100 yards for the day.

The Imperials will regroup as they get ready for their next home game on July 5 against the Oakville Longhorns - game time 7:00 pm at Norm Perry Park.
