The Imperials took their second
straight win of the season on the road in North Bay
on Saturday defeating the Bull Dogs 27-7.
Sarnia's Defense kept the Bulldogs at bay with 206
total yards rushing and a 176 yards passing.
Leading the defense was #56 Mike Heber with 5
tackles and #23 Charles Montegomery with a fumble
recovery for a TD. Three interceptions were thrown
during the game and #3 John Tidball had 2 with Steve
Adlington chipping in with the third for the game.
Offensively, Matt Browning rushed for a tough 95
yards and 1 TD while Pat Wright threw to Bo Hunter
and Joey Leone each for a TD as well. Pat
Wright and Steve Perry combined for 10 of 17 and 160
yards.
Three out of four converts were made by John Tidball.
The Imperials are back in action at home on Saturday
June 14 when they host the Toronto Mad Dogs.
