Petrolia Squires vs Tillsonburg Thunder

Petrolia hosted the Tillsonburg Thunder and came from behind in the third to take a 6 - 5 win.   Tillsonburg was leading 4 - 2 after the first period and then each side scored a single in the second giving Tillsonburg the 5 - 3 edge heading into the third period.  In the third the Squires bounced back and scored 3 unanswered goals to take the lead and the win.

Scoring for Petrolia were Dan Veenema, Jason Polera, Carson Simpson (PP), Mike Perry, Brad Cooper and winning goal on a powerplay by Danny Larocque.  Thunder goal were scored by Shane Balcomb with 2 and singles by Justin Salt, Dan Clark and Terry Lammens.

In net for the win was Justin Day making 39 saves and Jeff Bassindale took the loss in net for the Thunder with 41saves.

Next Home Game Fri., Nov 20 against Thedford, game time 8:00 pm.
