Season Opener
Lambton Shores vs LaSalle
 

 Lambton Shores took a 11 - 5 loss against the LaSalle Vipers in their season opener in LaSalle.

 

The Predators scored the first goal of the game on a powerplay by Cody Curts at 6:12 and from there LaSalle took control scoring 2 in the first and 5 in the second before Lambton broke the streak.  Before the second period was over LaSalle then added 2 more goals to end the second leading 9 - 2.  Lambton with a late come back in the third outscored the Vipers 3 - 2 which wasn't enough and they took their first loss of the season.

 

Lambton's Ryan Rupert earned 4 points in this game scoring 3 goals and assisting on one.  Adam Arseneault scored the final Lambton goal.

 

Sean Parker took the loss in net for the Predators facing 35 shots, 24 saves.  Joseph Lepera was the winning netminder with 24 shots and 19 saves.

 

The Predators Home Opener is set for Saturday September 11 at the Shore Recreation Center (Forest).  Puck Drop at 7:30pm.
