1st and 2nd Place Finishes
July 27, 2010 was a great finale for the Bantam Inline
Division. Team 3 played against Team 4 for 1st place,
it was a close game until the last period when Team 4
took to flight. Kurtis Adams played awesome in net,
while Kyle Adams led the team with 3 goals and 2
assists, Koen Gendron 2 goals and 1 assist, Brayden
Futers 1 goal 2 assists, Justin Lindsay 2 goals and 1
assist, Jon Ross and Tristan Reeb with singles.
Team 3 played a tight game
right up until the last period and went away with a loss
(10 - 5) to Team 4. Mathew Brandon led the team with 4
goals and 1 assist, Brandon LiWonPo 1 goal and 3 assists
and Jason Scott with an assist. Connor Cook played
stellar in net for Team 3. All of the Bantam players
for all 4 teams put across their best effort to make
this Inline Season a successful one.
3rd and 4th place Finishes
Playing for 3rd Place in the
Bantam Division was Team 1 vs Team 2. It was a close
game right down to the wire. Team 1 had Nick Langlois
that led the team with 2 goals and 4 assists, DJ Sapone
with 2 goals and 2 assists, Garrett Deley with 2 goals
and 1 assist, while Kegan Simpson played amazing in net.
Team 2 was led by Matt
Wyrzykowski with 4 goals and Jeff Sit with 3 goals and 2
assists, Oliver Stephens 1 goal and 1 assist, Leeam
Ridley with 2 assists and Ryan Atkinson with 2 assists.
In net Karley Ferguson played fantastic. With a tie as
the Final with a score of 8 - 8, both teams went to a
shoot out. It was the best two out of three with Team 2
winning 2 - 1.
