Picking up the win for the Rebels was Randy Johnson and taking the loss in net for the Pacers was Greg Krstic.

1st Period:  Six Nations opened the scoring just 18 seconds in on a Jesse Sault goal from Torrey VanEvery.  They made it 2-0 on a Hawenaedas Thomas marker from Peter Hill at the 6:58 mark.  At 7:21, Jamie Surman took a  double minor for checking from behind but it was the Pacers who struck first with a short-handed goal at the 8 minute mark off the stick of Mike Jacques with assists to Terry Millar and Joe Allison. Not to be outdone, the Rebels countered with a power play goal at 9:29 off the stick of  Randy Johnson that would prove to be the game winner. The lone assist went to Jesse Sault. Then it was Six Nations'  Ryley Johnson scoring at 10:02 from Jesse Sault and Andy Jamieson. Slashing was the call at 13:17 that sent  Alex Kedoh Hill of the Rebels to the sin bin.  An unassisted goal at 16:07 was scored by James Mt. Pleasant and the Rebels took a 5-1 lead into the dressing room after 20 minutes of play.  Shots on goal:  Six Nations - 23   Sarnia - 3.  Six Nations were 1 for 2 with the man advantage this period and Sarnia was 0 for 1 on the power play.

2nd Period:  The Pacers opened the scoring at the 3:10 mark with a goal by Terry Millar.  Picking up assists were Riley Thompson and Jesse Thompson. That would be the final time that a Sarnia player would beat Johnson.  Scoring for Six Nations were Randy E. Johnson from Ryley Johnson and Torrey VanEvery at 6:13 and an illegal cross check minor at 7:57 to Peter Hill of the Rebels.  At 12:40 it was Jeremy Johns notching a goal with assists to Kraig Maracle and Torrey VanEvery. The next tow goals for the Rebels came just 20 seconds apart - Ryley Johnson  at 13:03 (from Torrey VanEvery and Stu Hill) followed by a Stu Hill marker (from Kraig Maracle  and Cody Johnson). They followed that up with another goal at 15:36 off the stick of Kraig Maracle from Stu Hill and Torrey VanEvery. Six Nations' Elijah Johns found himself in the sin bin for two minutes on a high sticking call with 36 seconds remaining in the period.  Shots on goal:  Six Nations:  22/   Sarnia 6/9.  The Rebels had no power play chances and Sarnia was 0 for 2 with the man advantage this period.

3rd Period:  Sarnia began this twenty minutes of play with Jarod Henderson in the box.  With 29 seconds remaining in his penalty Sarnia’s bench was called for a minor when they suggested that one of the Niagara players was also not wearing shoulder pads.  After the referee looked the player over and he was deemed legal the Pacers found themselves down two players and Terry Miller made his way to the penalty box. The Thunderhawks were not able to take advantage of being up two runners but did score a power play goal just as the minor ended.  At the 3:25 mark Justin Matthews of the Pacers found himself under the scrutiny of the Sarnia trainer.  He returned to the game and Niagara made a change in their goaltender back to their starter Corey Henry.  Scoring the PP goal at 3:31 was Gehnew Printup from Jordan Williams.  At the 6:06 mark Michael Jacques scored a marker to restore the three goal lead.  Picking up an assist was Chris Theoret.  Niagara got one back on an unassisted goal by Don Ferguson at the 10:51 mark.  Sarnia made a goaltender change to Greg Krstic after this goal was scored.  The referees had a meeting with the captains of both teams shortly after the goal as the humidity in the building was making its presence known with the players frequently slipping and falling to the floor.  There were frequent breaks so the goalies could re-hydrate and others stoppages so that the floor could be dried up with some towels. What would be the final goal of the game was scored by Terry Miller of the Pacers at 14:13 with an assist to Jesse Thompson.  At this point the referees called the game as done to prevent anyone from being injured since the floor continued to be slippery.  Niagara was one for two with the man advantage of this period and were one for four in the game.  Sarnia had no power play chances this period and were three for six in the game.
