Sarnia Novice Pacers

The Sarnia Novice Pacers lacrosse team hosted the Wallaceburg Griffins in the friendly confines of the Clearwater arena Tuesday night and battled their way to a convincing 14-1 victory over the visiting squad.

Brayden Bell was solid when called upon, but the young Pacer squad dominated the game mounting leads of 5-1 and 9-1 through the first two periods of play. Scoring in the game was spread throughout all 14 runners with the following boys finding the gamesheet: Jared Pageau (3,2), Brett Barnes (1,3), Dawson Vautour (2,1 – first two lacrosse goals ever !), Kaden Fulcher (1,2), Bert Thorpe (1,1), Jack McAuley (1,1), Jack Dunn (1,1), Ty Espinola (2,0), Brennan McKegan (0,2), Aaron Dobson (0,2), Hunter Krajniak (1,0), Logan Scott (1,0), Nolan Coats (0,1) and Jacob Caughlin (0,1).

With the win the team moves to a perfect 5-0 and are in action next on the road against the London Blue Devils.
