This team had been together for just 1 month before winning their Provincial qualifier to earn a spot at the National Senior event.  Andy is a member of the Verdun Lawn Bowling Club with his team mates Maurice and Bernard playing out of the St. Lambert Lawn Bowling Club.   Andy and Bernard are retired CN employees and Maurice is retired from IBM.

Manager/Spare Murielle Beauchamp

This is the 1st appearance at a Sr Nationals for the Quebec Women's team.  All three Ladies bowl out of the Verdun Lawn Bowling Club.  Skip Maureen's hometown is Verdun with the other Ladies coming from LaSalle.  Ann previously has earned a bronze medal in the fours National competition and Maureen has competed in the Nationals fours. The 4th member of the team is Murielle Beauchamp who is acting Manager/Spare who has also been called on for many other duties is a valuable member of the Quebec teams on and off the greens.  She too plays out of the St. Lambert Lawn Bowling Club and is from Boucerville, Quebec.  Murielle will be competing with her husband Maurice at the National Mixed pairs competition in Fredericton later this summer. All members of the Ladies team are retired. 

Quebec B

 Peter Paquet, Tony Robinson (Skip), Gerry Fournier
 
All three players are from the Montreal Area and bowl with the Pierrefonds Lawn Bowling Club.  Skip Tony Robinson is currently the President of the Club and Peter Paquet is Past President.  They joking are looking at Gerry as being a future President.  Gerry is a newcomer to the sport with just 2 years playing.  In the winter he enjoys curling and he says "Lawn bowling is like summer curling".

This is the second year at the Seniors National for this team.  Tony has been bowling since 1982, and Peter since 2001.  Both Peter and Gerry are retired and Tony is President of Fintex Engineering.
