Mooretown vs Alvinston

Going by the score you probably can figure out the rest of the story as Mooretown hammered Alvinston 15 - 3.

Mooretown scored 6 in the first period, 3 in the second and 6 more in the third.  Alvinston scoring came in the first period with 2 and a single in the third. 

Jordan Pennesi led the way for Mooretown scoring 4 goals.  Brett Thompson, Adam Little, Mike Burns, Travis Harper each score two goals and singles by Greg Babcock, William Brandon and Jason Teschke.  Scoring for Alvinston were Casey Vanderheide, Chris Edwards and Jeff Johnson.

Only one powerplay goal was scored in the game by Pennesi as Mooretown went 1 for 3 and Alvinston went 0 for 4.
Alvinston took a total of 13 minutes in penalty time on 6 infractions and Mooretown took 15 minutes on 7.

Mooretown outshout Alvinston 54 - 26.  Jordan Gladwish took the win for Mooretown in net.  Alvinston netminding was shared by Brokij Geryts and Brandon Campbell.
