Mooretown at Wallaceburg

The Mooretown Flags were in Wallaceburg on Wednesday night and came out on top with a 2 - 1 shoot out win.

In the first two period both teams went scoreless.  It was Mooretown who scored first at 2:31 on a goal by Mike Burns.  The Flags held onto that lead until 10:04 when Duncan Innes tied things up.  The period ended with the score remaining the same to send the game into overtime.  In overtime both sides again remained scoreless and the game headed to a shootout where  Flags shooter Adam Little was the lone scorer giving Mooretown the win and extra point.

The Flags are back in action Saturday November 28 when they host Essex.
