Sarnia Brave's AAA Senior were eliminated at at OBA Saturday
August 7, 2012

The Sarnia Braves wer knocked out of the competition at the Ontario Baseball Association AAA Tournament on Saturday after taking an 8 - 3 loss against Leaside.

Sarnia batted a total of 9 hits and 3 errors in the game.  Leaside batted 12 hits and had 1 error.

Jim Sequin hit a single and a double, Greg Sinclair hit a double, Keegan Brandon hit 2 singles and Wade Babula, Alex McLean, James Grant, Mason McCarthy each batted singles.  

Jeff Jones pitched 3 innings striking out 1, allowing 9 hits, 1 walk and 7 runs.  Anthony Shepherd 4 with 2 strike outs, 3 walks and allowing 1 run.

 

The Braves are in Western County league action on Tuesday August 7 vs Courtright - in Courtright at 7:30 p.m
