Team Canada Sledge Team takes Game 2 over Norway.

Team Canada National Sledge Hockey Team won their second game by defeating Norway with a final score of 4 - 1.


Norway lone goal came in the first period at 6:06 on a power play.  From that point on it was all Canada as they went on and scored three goals in the second and added one in the third.


Kevin Rempel scored two goals for Team Canada and singles by Billy Bridges and Greg Westlake.


Local player Tyler McGregor got his name on the scoresheet by way of a holding penalty in the second.


Canada is now 2 - 0 in the World Sledge Hockey Challenge.  They are back on the ice on Wednesday when they meet the USA for the first time in round robin.  Both Canada and USA are undefeated.  Came time 9:00 pm EST (7:00 pm MST).  You can catch the action free online. go to
