From the Ontario Under-17 Camp, the top 22 players will be selected to represent Ontario at the World Under-17 Challenge. With eight teams and more than 160 players representing their Member Partner or Branch, the future of Canadian hockey will be on display at the OHL Gold Cup.

About the Alliance: www.alliancehockey.com

The ALLIANCE Hockey Minor Midget AAA League is residential based and in most cases, participants begin and end their minor hockey career within the same Association.

ALLIANCE Hockey’s philosophy is to keep participants playing and living in their Home Association for as long as possible as following their Minor Midget season, many of the participants will leave home to play in the OHL and/or eventually leave home to play at University.

ALLIANCE Hockey encourages minor hockey families to enjoy the Minor Midget year as it may be the last year that they are truly together as a family.  Traditionally, ALLIANCE Hockey has 40-45 participants drafted to the OHL annually.  One of the most successful draft years for ALLIANCE Hockey was in 2007 when 4 players were drafted in the first round alone.
