Every competitive bowler dreams of achieving the ultimate 800 series and receiving the CTF (Canadian Tenpin Federation) ring that goes along with the triumph. Kevin McMillanís dream came true as he fired 809 (241-289-279) in the 1046 Mixed League at Marcin Bowl to be the top bowler in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action this week. The smooth right handed bowler rolled his first 800 series on lanes 27 & 28.

Right handed power bowler Mike Shephard displayed his strong bowling skills once again as he tossed 805 (268-279-258) in the Marcin Monday Night Menís League. He recorded his third lifetime 800 series on lanes 31 & 32. Last week he rolled his eighth perfect game.

The menís other top bowler in the 1046 Mixed League was Jason Chapman with a 263 (97 pins over average) single. The ladies high scores were Susan McGrath 641 (255-214), Amanda Guthrie 206, Roselle Losier 193 and Rachel McGrath 193. Team standings are Team One 72, Team Two 66, Mouth Piece 60, Bell Bottoms Up 56, PASB 55, Mariannaís Trench 53, Bad to the Core 53, The Wolfpack 51, Team Quack 48, Team Leesh 43, We Donít Give A 43 and Go Blue 30.

Pam Marciniszyn tossed 742 (258-267) in Marcin Thursday Night Mixed League action to record the womenís high triple for the second week in a row. Additional womenís scores were Marsha Pinel 582 (215-232), Janice McMillan 577 (212) and Diane Lisabeth 192. The menís notable scores were Pat McMillan 720 (234-255-231), Adam Pinel 661 (244-247), Frank Bartelen 635 (245 - 97 pins over average) and Pete Baker 212. In the Marcin SMAA Senior Bantams division, the girlís top score was Paige Jean 255 (99). The boyís upper scores were Ryan Gruben 290 (107), Jordan Button 244 (101) and Ryan Pinel 221.

In the Marcin SMAA Junior Bantams division, the girlís top scores were Mya Hanley 169 (91), Taylor Button 146 (80) and Lulu Banninga 137 (73). The boyís high shooter was Brett Banninga 162 (94).
