Sarnia Braves are 2 - 0 in International Wood Bat Tournament Games continue Today

Friday July 20; Sarnia Midget Braves won the opener of the 18th annual Wood Bat Tournament with a 7-2 win over Ancaster. Tyler Whitbread pitched 6 strong innings allowing 2 hits, while Josh Taylor came in for the 7th inning and shut down Ancaster in order.

In their second game of the tournament the Sarnia Midget Braves defeated Brantford 6-5, now with a 2-0 record heading into Saturdays game with Springfield, Ohio at 5pm at Blackwell Park. Justin Stephenson and Jesse Marks shared the pitching duties in the win for Sarnia.
