Wood Bat
Tournament.
Jake
Marks suffered the loss for
Sarnia, allowing only 4 hits,
but 2 were of the solo home run
variety. He struck out 8 East
Coast hitters, and allowed 1
walk. Tyler Whitbread came on in
relief in the 7th inning as
Marks was at the maximum pitch
total allowed.
Sarnia managed only 3 hits in
the contest, but scored 2 in the
bottom of the 7th inning, and
loaded the bases but couldn't
force another run home.

Brantford.
Final
East
Coast, Mich. 4-2 over
Springfield, Ohio in 8 innings,
East Coast scoring 2 runs in the
top of the 8th inning to secure
the tournament Championship.
