The
Sarnia Pacers Jr B Lacrosse
team is on a three game
winning streak as they
defeated Windsor 10 - 6 last
night in Sarnia at
Clearwater Arena.
In this close game both
teams were even 2 - 2 after
the first period and 5 - 5
after the first.
Sarnia broke away in the
third period scoring 5 goals
where Windsor scored just a
single goal.
Josh Yurchuck and Connor
Smith were each scored
three goals and one assist
for 4 points each in the
win. TJ Mara also
earned 4 points with a
single goal and 3 assists.
Austin Langs, Kevin Conroy
and Connor Wright scored
singles.
For Windsor, Lucas Ducharme,
Trevor Learn score 2 each
and singles by Brendon
Anger, Jeff Rivalt.
Justin Matthews earned the
win taking a total of 55
shots and making 49 saves.
Kyle May took the loss with
a total of 32 saves.
The Pacers have four games
remaining in the season.
They are now 4 - 12 for the
season.
They are back in OLA Jr B
action on Saturday June 9
when they travel to Welland.
