Sarnia Midget Braves
continued their winning ways
Wednesday night with a sweep
of Coughlin Cubs of Detroit.
The Braves won the first
game by a 17-4 score,
scoring 10 runs in the
bottom of the 1st inning.
Justin Stephenson pitched
for Sarnia, in a game that
ended after 5 innings by
mercy rule.
The second game was won by
Sarnia 11-1, the Braves
again scoring in bunches,
scoring 7 runs in the 3rd
inning. Tyler Whitbread
pitched the win for Sarnia.
Next action for Sarnia is
this Saturday in Algonac,
Mich., a doubleheader
against the Bluewater
Whitecaps.
