Sharon Williamson

On Wednesday, May 16, 2012 The Sarnia Legionnaires and our community lost one our most dedicated women with the passing of Sharon Williamson.  Sharon died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at St. Joseph’s Hospice, she was 56 years old.

Beloved wife and best friend of Bob Williamson and cherished mother of Heather, Laura and and Ryan. Loved sister of Lloyd Dicker. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Douglas and Jean Dicker and by her father-in-law Gerald Williamson.
Sharon was part-owner and secretary of the Sarnia Legionnaires Hockey Club and worked endlessly for the team.  Sharon was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, May 18, 2012, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2012, at Smith Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
