Sat. Nov 17th - The Atom Blackhawks took the show on the road and recorded another win beating East Lambton 9-0 that earning John Cannon another shut out.
After being off hockey for a couple weeks but determined to get right back into it, Cole Reinders scored the first goal of the game, assisted by Cole Whitworth and Shaun McDermott. The period ended with one more goal by Adam Ikert and assisted by Owen Shearon.
Second period saw goals from Jaxon Lucas and Owen Shearon assisted by Adam Ikert and Colin Robson. And in the third the Blackhawks scored 5 goals with Josh Davis, Cole Whitworth, Jaxon Lucas and Owen Shearon scoring 2. Assisting on the goals were Sullivan MacDougall, Shaun McDermott, Jared Henry, Adam Ikert, Ethan Boucher, Hunter Terpstra and Jaxon Lucas.
Monday Nov. 19th
The Atom BlackHawks played a real nail bitter against Parkhill. The scoreboard was scoreless in the 1st period but kept fans on their toes! Parkhill scored the first goal late in the 2nd period but the Blackhawks answered back with 3 goals shortly after to end the 2nd period 3-1.
Parkhill answered back with 2 more goals part way into the 3rd period to tie the game. With just 3 seconds left on the clock Owen Shearon scored the winning goal unassisted. Other goal scorers in the game were Shaun McDermott, assisted by Cole Whitworth. Adam Ikert scored 2 assisted by Sullivan MacDougall and Cole Whitworth.
