On Friday night at
the RBC Centre the
Sarnia Sting lead 3
- 1 in the second
period and allowed
the Sault Ste Marie
Greyhounds to score
three unanswered
goals in the third
period to take a 4 -
3 win.
The Greyhounds tied
the game in the
third after scoring
two goals :30
seconds apart and
added the final goal
at 18:23.
Craig Duininck
scored the only goal
in the first period
for the Sting.
Anthony DeAngelo
scored a power play
in the second and
Alex Galchenyuk also
scored in the
second. All
three goals were
firsts for the
season for each
player.
Michael Schumacher
scored the first and
the winning goal for
the Greyhounds.
Andrew Fritsch and
Nick Cousins each
scored one.
Sarnia went one for
four in power play
opportunities,
Greyhounds went zero
for three.
Schumacher earned
first star of the
night. Sting's
Netminder JP
Anderson earned
second star after
turning away 43
shots, 19 of them in
the third period.
Matt Murray of Sault
Ste Marie took third
star.

The Sting are now 0

for their first win
on Saturday when
they travel to Owen
Sound. Craig Hottot
will be back in the
lineup after taking
a three game
suspension.
