The Lambton Shores Predators were defeated in a hard
fought game to lose to the London Nationals 6-5.
The Predators opened the scoring in the first period
with a goal from Dillon Liberty assisted by Adam
Wammes and Bryan Boersma. The Nationals rallied back
with two power play goals to end the first period
3-2.
London netted the first goal of the second period
with the Predators answering back with a goal from
Nick Sproviero assisted by Matteo Ciccarelli and
Bran Boersma and another from Preds Ferdinando
Colella on a power play goal assisted by Kyle
Brothers and Kyler Keating ending the second 3-3.
Predators Cale Duberry
scored in the third assisted by Keegan Hnatiw
followed by another from Preds Kyle Brothers on a
power play assisted by Adam Arseneault and Connor
Annett but was a disappointing 6-5 loss to the
Nationals.
" We played very well tonight and we should have won
the game, but London found a way to win" said Head
Coach Mark Davis.
Predators next Game is September 20th vs Sarnia
Legionnaires. 7:10pm start.
