Honour Scores Highlight 10-pin League Action

Jim Lapointe, Jim Creasor, Dennis Ramsay, Peter English and Amanda Guthrie finished their regular bowling seasons in grand style as they tossed the top scores in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action at Marcin Bowl this week.
 

Jim Lapointe Jim Creasor

            Lapointe tossed 835 (259-287-289) in the Tuesday Night Men’s League to record the week’s high triple. He was bowling on lanes 19 & 20 recording his 2nd 800 series.

Creasor fired 803 (299 - unyielding 5 pin-259-245) in the Bluewater Men’s League. He completed his career 11th 800 series on lanes 19 & 20.

 Peter English

Ramsay bowled his career 3rd perfect game in the Sunday Morning Men’s League. He accomplished the feat on lanes 15 & 16 ending the day with 777 (269).

English hurled his career 2nd perfect game (both this year) in the Monday Night Men’s League. He achieved his gem in his second game on lanes 25 & 26 and ended the night with 694 (300- 94 pins over average).


Amanda Guthrie

Guthrie tossed 746 (257-234-255) in the Marcin 1046 Mixed League to take the women’s high triple honours.
