In the opening game at Lions Park arena, the Atoms faced the Guelph Thunder. Early in the first, Madi Gould would make a pass to the point, where Abbie Williams would fire directly into the Guelph goal. Shortly thereafter, at 7:49 in the first period, Tori Iacobelli would beat the Thunder goalie, with an accurate wrist shot. Drawing assists, were Jadyn Clark, and Peri Wilson. With 2:44 to play in the period, Guelph would fire a laser, over the shoulder of Abby Clouse, to cut into the Sarnia lead. The Sting would regain their two goal lead before time would expire. Gus Lauwers would "light the lamp", assisting would be Syd Rogers, and Kaylee Clarke. During the second period, Lindsey Barwitzki would be the lone scorer, getting helpers, was Alex George, and Tori Iacobelli. In the third, Hannah Thompson would score twice for the Sting. Unassisted in her first goal, and getting assists on the second was Avery Winder, and Taylor Coutts. Sarnia 6 Guelph 1. The MVP would be Hannah Thompson.

In game 2 of the day, at the Gretzky Arena, the Lady Sting would battle against the Sharks from Barrie. A strong opponent, would open the scoring in the first, on their very first shot, only 26 seconds in. The Atoms would re-group quickly, and tie the game, only 1:39 minutes later. Putting the game back to even was Lindsey Barwitzki, assisting was Tori Iacobelli. With only .3 remaining on the clock, Barrie would manage to score, before the the first was over. A fast paced second period, would not offer any scoring. The third was just as exciting, with both teams putting much pressure on the other. Coach Chad Williams would pull his goalie to add an extra skater. The Lady Sting would apply pressure, and have some chances, but could not solve the Barrie goaltender. Sharks 2 Lady Sting 1. The MVP would be Peri Wilson.

In game 3, at Gretzky Arena, the Sarnia BB team would skate against the St Catharine's Chaos. Due to a wild and crazy evening that consisted of a pool party, singing, dancing, mini sticks, and karaoke the night before. The "rock stars" were not at their best, and it showed. The Sting seemed sluggish at all ends of the rink. The girls couldn't execute their game plan. The Chaos would score in the first period to take the lead. There would not be any scoring in the second period, due to Abby Clouse playing well for her team. St Catharine's would manage to score again in the third, after peppering Abby with rubber. The game would end, make the final, Chaos 2 Sting 0.  Abby Clouse was the MVP of the game.

In game 4, at Gretzky Arena, was the semi-finals vs the US invaders from Syracuse. The Nationals are a select AAA squad, based out of Syracuse NY. The Syracuse team had some talented players at their disposal, and would jump out to a two goal lead after one period of play. The Nationals tournament record, did not indicate the ability shown. Syracuse would score two more in the second period. Down by four, with only a period to play.

Chad Williams would modify his line up, in an attempt to change the flow of the game. Sarnia would have some chances, but Syracuse would pursue the Sting at every chance. Sarnia would pull their goalie, in an attempt to score. Their desperation paid off, as Jadyn Clark would "hammer home" a loose puck. Drawing assists were her line mates, Tori Iacobelli and Lindsey Barwitzki. Nationals 4 Lady Sting 1. The MVP of the game was Jadyn Clark.

The Atom BB team, continue to practice, and play exhibition games, in preparation for the The Provincials in Ottawa.
