St. Christopher AA Soccer

Boys
With one win and a tie on Thursday the St. Christopher Boys continued on Friday in Stratford.  In their first early morning game the Cyclones defeated St. Mary's 3 - 2.  Richael O'Neill scored two goals in the win and Trevor McEwan score a single. 

In the final pool play the Cyclones took a 3 - 1 win over St. Thomas Aquinas.  Richael O'Neill, Darien Primeau and Anthony Fazzalari each scored in the win. 

The win earned the Boys a spot in the quarter final round where they edged out Louis Riel in their third game of the day by a score of 2 - 1.  Richael O'Neill  scored both goals for the Cyclones.  The Cyclones will now compete against St. Martin in semi final action on Saturday.

Girls
The St. Christopher Ladies are in Tecumseh and remain undefeated after Friday's game.  In their first game the Ladies defeated Nicholson by a score of 1 - 0 and in their second game they shut out Timmins with a final score of 4 - 0.  The Ladies took 1st place in their division with 4 wins and a total of 8 goals for and allowing only 1 goal against.  The top spot earned them a spot in the quarter round where they earned their fourth shutout win of the competition with a 3 - 0 win over Holy Trinity from Bradford.  Janelle Labadie scored all three in the quarter final.

On Saturday the Cyclones will go up against É. S. L'Essor in the Semi Final game. É. S. L'Essor also went undefeated in their pool scoring a total of 8 goals and allowing 2.

North Lambton Eagles A Boys Soccer

The North Lambton Eagles are in Timmins and continued on Friday in Pool play.  In their first game of the day they defeated Heritage Christian with a final score of 4 - 1.  Mike Bos scored two goals in the win with singles by Jake Atkinson and David VandenHeuvel-O'Neil.  In the second game the Eagles shut out Nouvelle- Alliance by a score of 3 - 0.  Jake Atkinson, Parker Humphries and David VandenHeuvel-O'Neil each scored one in the win.  The two wins earned them a spot in the quarter final round where they were knocked out by Renaissance by a score of 2 - 1.  Mike Bos scored the lone goal.
