The Sarnia Legionnaires announced Thursday the signing of Jordan Fogarty to the team. Fogarty is following in his father's footstep as dad Ron Fogarty was a member of the Sarnia Ranson Jr. B organization from 1989- 1991.

"I'm excited, I have a legacy with my father playing here" Jordan Fogarty said.

The right wing forward stands 5'7" and weighs 155 pounds.  "I'm a goal scorer, I like to finish my checks even though I'm not a large player.  I also try to score every time I'm on the ice, that's my job."  Fogarty is working on putting on 10 - 15 pounds over the summer.

The Legionnaires also announced that they will be forming an Alumni Association for former players, management, executive and coaches which the Fogarty's will be involved in.  On July 9th an Alumni Association planning meeting will be held at Stokes Inland.
