Second Round Pick Newest Member of the Sting
Sarnia, On – General Manager Jacques Beaulieu announced on Monday that the club has signed forward Noah Bushnell to an Ontario Hockey League contract and education package.
Bushnell was the Sting’s 2st round pick (33rd overall) in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection.
The pick originally belonging to Kitchener was obtained by the Sting prior to the draft.
Jacques Beaulieu on the signing of Bushnell;
“We had targeted Noah as a player we really hoped would be available when we made the deal with Kitchener to move up into the second round. We are extremely happy to have Noah signed to a OHL contract and education package. Noah has that special mix of size, toughness and skill. I am sure Noah will be a fan favorite in Sarnia over the next few years.”
