Vision Hockey 2003 were finalist at the Motown Cup in Detroit.
In round robin action the 2003 team went undefeated going 3 - 0.
In their first game Vision Hockey defeated the Lakeland Hawks 4 - 2. Ryan Burke lead the team scoring all 4 goals with assistance from Jackson Mcllwan (2), Owen Gemmell and Max Dupuis.
In game two they shut out the Lansing Senators 2 - 0. Ryan Burke and Bryon Regior scored in the win and Odin Hessel earned the shutout in net.
In game three they celebrated their second shut out taking a 5 - 0 win over Farmington Fire. Jackson Mcllewan fired in 3 goals with singles by Max Dupuis and Alex Park. Hessel earned his second shutout in the tournament.
In the final the team went up against the Lakeland Hawks for a second time but came up short and took a 4 - 1 loss. Ryan Regier scored the lone goal in the game for Vision Hockey.
The Vision Hockey 2003 team will compete next at the Bluewater Sharks Tournament starting on May 24.
