The youngest Vision Hockey team the 2003's went 0 - 3 - 1 at the Bluewater Sharks Tournament that was held over the weekend in Sarnia.
In their first game on Friday they took a 9 - 3 loss against the London Renegades. Vision trailed 2 - 1 after the first period but the Renagades scored 3 unanswered goals in the second and added 3 more in the third. Vision hockey scored their final two goals in the third. Scoring for Vision against the Renegades were Simon Meads, Nick Medeiros and Ben Tenhag.
In the second game of the day they went up against Quick Feet. Quick Feet took a 4 - 0 lead after the first period Vision came back scoring 2 goals in the second before Quick Feet added their final goal. The two teams went scoreless in the third to give Quick Feet the 5 - 2 win.
Game three was their best performance of the tournament in which they tied the North Stars 3 - 3. North Stars scored first only to have Vision come back and score just over a minute later on a goal by Sydney McAsh. In the second Vision scored first to take the lead for the first time on a goal scored by Owen Gemmell assisted by Ben Tenhag. But the North Stars answered back scoring 2 goals before the period was over to take a 3 - 2 lead heading into the third. In an exicting thirf period it went down to the final minute and with :20 seconds remaining in the game Ben Tenhag scored the tying goal assisted by Sydney McAsh.
In the final game of the tournament they were dominated by Hockey TA which defeated them by a score of 10 - 0. Hockey TA scored 6 goals in the first period and added 4 in the second.
Despite the high goals against netminder Odin Hessel stood tall making many key saves throughout the tournament.
